words of joy with jennifer

A Warm Heart...

I am overwhelmed by the love from the wonderful people who fill my world each week at J.O.Y. Wellness.

Here I sit in the studio, enjoying silence. While no one showed for the night of silence, understandably because they are so busy I am sure preparing for the next couple of days with family and friends. For a moment I felt sad because my studio was empty. That feeling of failure sets in, but a quick reminder of why I do what I do follows.

I teach, but not really, I share as much of my heart as possible with others. So I might not be the best yoga teacher but I ask for guidance from God regularly to guide me in shining whatever peace, love, joy, comfort, healing, and whatever else I have to give, to flow through me, to reflect back to those that I have the honor of serving while learning more from them than they could ever learn from me.

I am grateful that I get to spend time with such loving people because tonight, my studio may have been empty of physical bodies, but it was filled with the spirit of love, and joy, and gratitude.

I was waiting for a quiet time to open all the gifts I was given from the J.O.Y. Wellness family and tonight in that moment of loneliness I turned around and saw the gifts and decided that it was the perfect time to open them. Each gift reflected back to me the joy, love, peace, and gratitude that we share each week. I can't even put into words the love I have for each and every one that walks through the door!

A deep bow to you.

Namaste,

Jennifer

What Our Clients Are Saying

JOY Retreats are life changing, affordable, and the best things I've ever done to connect with myself and make some of the greatest friendships.  Highly Recommended! L.C.

From the moment I walked up the stairs I knew this was home.  I had never done yoga before but felt comfortable right away.  L.S.

The teachers are amazing.  I have been doing yoga for 20 years and these teachers really go above and beyond.  M.P.

I look forward to going to JOY each and every class.  It is beautiful and I love that the sauna is included in the membership.  A.T.

Yoga teacher training is all I have to say.  It is everything.  I can't wait to do more workshops and trainings with Jennifer.  K.S.
