Sacred Space Design
Mind. Body. Spirit. Environment.
Take a look...
Lasting change takes practice and in order to create lasting change you first need to recognize what you would like to change. These questions are designed to guide you in recognizing the daily choices you make that might be working against your journey to design the most sacred mind, body, spirit, environment that you deserve.
Grab a pen and some paper...a journal is even better so you can record and keep track of your progress.
Let's start with the mind:
Write down the first 5 or more thoughts that you have when you wake up in the morning.
Write down 5 thoughts that you have about yourself while you are getting dressed.
Write down 5 thoughts that you have about yourself in relation to others between 10am-6pm.
Write down 5 thoughts that you have right before bed.
Moving on to the body:
Name 5 or more things you dislike about your body.
Write down some things that challenge you physically.
Write down what you see and how you feel when you look in the mirror.
Spirit:
What does the word spirit mean to you?
How does the word spirit relate to you?
Environment:
Is there a little space in your home you could "redesign?"
When you walk into your home what are you thinking and feeling?
Does your home environment make or break your mood/energy/motivation/relaxation?
Be very honest when answering these questions and bring these answers with you to the workshop July 11th 6-7:30pm.
