Jennifer has over 15 years of experience practicing and teaching Reiki, Yoga, and Meditation.  She loves guiding others on their journey home to their hearts, creating sacred space in body, mind, spirit, and environment.

This training includes meditation instruction, yoga to increase energy, teachings on the chakras, overview of anatomy and physiology as it relates to reiki healing.
