Have you wondered exactly where your knee should be in relation to your foot in triangle, half moon, warrior I, II, and III, or how to go just a little bit deeper in many commonly visited poses? What does it really mean to lengthen your spine, scoop your hip under and more?
Learn to find the still point in your postures by making small adjustments that change EVERYTHING!
In this workshop you will receive hands on adjustments that will enhance your asana practice and propel you to find the "still point" in your practice allowing you to open to greater healing in mind, body, and spirit.
*It's recommended that you attend class 6-7:15pm to properly warm up for the workshop.
