When you dive into the chakra system you dive into a deeper understanding of how the body, mind, and energy work and support each other.
This course will teach you how to connect the layers of energy from a grounded and scientific approach as well as a mystical and curious approach.
Knowledge and wisdom comes from taking in information and then applying the information to cultivate your own experience.
When working with the chakra system through this course you will gain insight into infinite possibilities, healing, and expanding mindset.
This course will immerse you in the importance of our physiological functioning as well as the constant weaving and radiating energy system that guides our lives and is the source of our life force.
The yoga postures, breathing techniques, mantras and meditations will attune you to your chakra system. As you become attuned you will begin to feel the affects of your practice on and off the mat.
For yoga teachers: you will build confidence in your ability to offer these practices in your classes because of your direct experience through the practices taught throughout this course.
