BREATHEOur breath is the one of the greatest tools we have. When we learn to use our breath in a productive way our body works more efficiently and our awareness increases. When our body is working more efficiently and our awareness in increased we can work to alleviate physical aches and pains as well as reduce high blood pressure, stress and many other imbalances. Our breath teaches us to connect deeply to our body, mind, and spirit.

FOCUSFocus is an aspect of the 8 limbs of yoga. When we focus on a single word or object we begin to withdraw from all the surrounding distractions and can begin to cultivate deeper relaxation and peace. Focus encourages a deep sense of purpose and connection with our mind, body, and spirit and also our environment.
