FREE BEGINNER KIRTAN
Every Monday 12-1pm

Join Jennifer Charland and JoAnne Sevigny for an hour of sharing in the practice of Kirtan.  It's the easiest meditation you will ever try.  If you have an instrument bring it to keep a beat while we play harmonium.

Kirtan is a wonderful practice!

LIVING YOGA
​October 24th 7:30-9pm

An intimate and honest conversation about what it really looks like to live yoga and what that means, how to integrate whatever you are doing into a yogic life.  We will answer some of the questions like...How, I am so angry?  and How, I hate my job?  and How, I don't deserve to be happy?

Beginner Salsa Dancing
​November 4th 1-2pm

Join LaSola Dance for a Beginner Salsa Workshop to learn basic salsa steps and combinations.  No partner or previous dance experience required.  Come and have fun, make new friends, and get a great workout.

Veterans Yoga Project

November 3-12 we will be encouraging donations that go directly towards supporting veterans in New Hampshire.

November 3rd we will kick the week off with a Bonus Yoga Class for JOY Members with the New Hampshire Veterans Yoga Project Director and long time JOY friend, student, and teacher Dave Noonan!
